Do you really sell discontinued Tetley and Teapigs?
Yes. We hold remaining stock of discontinued Tetley and Teapigs lines, plus other lost classics, that the brands no longer make and supermarkets no longer carry. Quantities are finite, when a line is gone it is gone.
Why is some of this out of stock?
Because it is genuinely rare. For many of these blends we are the only UK stockist, so when a batch sells out there is a wait until the next one (if there is one). Every out of stock product has a one click "email me when it is back" on its page, no spam, just the heads up.
Why are rare teas priced higher?
Scarcity. Discontinued and single source imported lines cost more to obtain and cannot be reordered like a supermarket staple. The price reflects that you can actually get them here at all.
What imported teas do you carry?
Direct French imports among others, blends not distributed in the UK retail market. We bring them in ourselves rather than through a wholesaler, which is why you will not find them elsewhere here.
Do you offer free delivery on rare teas?
Yes, the same terms as the rest of the shop, free UK delivery over £35, Royal Mail Tracked, dispatched same working day on orders before 3pm.
