Most "buy tea online UK" results are either supermarket food sites with a generic tea aisle, or branded direct-to-consumer sites that only sell their own tea. We are different: an independent, hand-picked tea catalogue that stocks 325 teas across 37 brands, all in one basket, all dispatched together. We do not own a roastery, do not blend or white-label, and do not have an in-house brand. Where is teas.co.uk based?
We are based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. All stock is held and dispatched directly from our unit there, we are not a marketplace, not a dropshipper, not a fulfilment-by-Amazon listing. The packing is done by us, the boxes ship from Royal Mail Tunbridge Wells, and the curator (Lee) personally selects everything we list.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Free UK delivery on orders over £35, Royal Mail Tracked. Below that, £3.65 standard tracked, £4.95 next-day, £9.95 special delivery (Saturday delivery available). All UK addresses including Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and BFPO.
Do you ship outside the UK?
UK delivery is the default promise. Non-UK delivery depends on the destination, carrier availability, basket weight and live checkout rules; check the checkout before promising international delivery.
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday ship the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next working day. Royal Mail Tracked typically delivers in 2-3 working days within the UK; Special Delivery is next-day.

Some non-UK destinations may be available at checkout. Availability, cost, duty handling and carrier options are calculated live before payment.
