Yes. From My Account → Subscriptions, swap the tea inside any active subscription before the next renewal date. The 10% discount and free shipping carry over.
02How do I pause for a holiday?
My Account → Subscriptions → Pause. Pick a return date or pause indefinitely. No questions, no friction, no charges while paused.
03What if I want to cancel?
One click in My Account, or reply to any subscription email with the word "cancel". No phone call, no retention script, no fine print.
04Do I really get +25 points just for starting?
Yes. 25 points (worth ~£0.125 against future orders) credit the moment your first box ships. Then full earning rate on every box after that.
05Is the curator-picked monthly box the same thing?
Different product. Subscribe & save gives you the same tea on repeat. The Tea Club box is Lee picking a different tea every month, surprise, learn, repeat.
