Quick answers about commission, cookies, payment, and disclosure.What's the commission and how is it paid?
10% of the order subtotal (excluding shipping and discounts). Paid monthly on the 15th by bank transfer or PayPal once you hit £25 in earnings. Holds for 14 days from the order date to clear returns.
How long does the cookie last?
30 days from a click on your link. If your visitor returns within 30 days and orders, you get the commission, even if they didn't click your link the second time.
Do I need a minimum follower count?
No hard minimum. We approve based on tone and audience match, not follower count. A 200-person tea focused newsletter can outperform a 50,000-follower lifestyle account.
Can I use a discount code instead of a link?
Yes, for podcasters and audio first creators. We set up a custom discount code (e.g. YOURNAME10) that gives your audience 10% off and credits you the commission. Available on approval at audiences over 1k weekly.
How do I disclose the affiliate relationship?
UK ASA requires #ad or "advertisement" on social posts. Newsletters and blogs need a clear "this contains affiliate links" line. Don't pretend the relationship doesn't exist, audiences and the ASA both notice.
Can I review the products before promoting?
Yes. Once approved we send a £25 sample box of curator picks. Honest reviews welcome, you don't have to be positive. We just ask you not to promote teas you actively dislike.
What happens if my order gets returned?
Returned order commission is reversed from your next payout. Net commission only. If a customer returns one item from a 3-item order, only the returned item portion is reversed.
