30 days, no fuss.

If something isn't right, we want to know. Unused and unopened tea can come back within 30 days for a full refund. Damaged or faulty? Photo it, email us, we sort it without you ever opening the box again.

hello@teas.co.uk with your order number. Reply within 4 working hours, Mon to Fri.

Approval

We approve or decline in writing. You'll get a tracked return label by email.

Post it back

Drop the parcel at any Royal Mail or Post Office. Keep the receipt, that's your proof of postage.

Refund issued

Once we receive and inspect the parcel, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 working days.

● ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
  • Unused & unopened Original sealed packaging, no signs of tampering or storage damage.
  • Within 30 days Counted from the day the courier marks the parcel delivered.
  • Damaged on arrival Photo it, email us, we replace or refund, no return needed.
  • Faulty product Foreign object, mould, or supplier defect. We cover the postage both ways.

    Opened tea or food items Once the seal breaks we cannot legally resell the product.

    Gift cards Treated as cash. Non refundable, no exception.

    Personal care items Hygiene rule, anything that touches skin or mouth (e.g. tea infusers) is final sale.

    Sale or clearance items Clearly marked at point of sale; the discount is in lieu of returnability.
● POSTING IT BACK

Where to send it.

Print the label we email you, tape it to the original box (or any sturdy reused one), drop at any Post Office. Keep the receipt, that's how we track and refund even if the parcel goes missing.

● FAQ · WHAT WE'RE ASKED MOST

Six questions, six answers.

01 How long do refunds take? +

5 to 7 working days from the moment we mark your return as received. The bank handles the last step, most cards see it in 2 to 3 days, a few take the full week.

02 Do I pay return postage? +

On a change of mind return: yes, you cover postage. On a damaged or faulty item: no, we cover it both ways and send a pre paid label.

03 Can I exchange instead of refund? +

Yes. Email hello@teas.co.uk with the product you'd swap into, if it's in stock and the same value, we sort it without taking the long way round.

04 What if the courier loses my return? +

That's why we ask for a Post Office receipt. With the tracking number we can claim against Royal Mail and refund you regardless of where the parcel ends up.

05 I bought a sample pack, can I return it? +

Sample packs are sealed singles. If a single sachet is broken on arrival, we replace it. If you simply don't like the tea, sadly we can't take it back once opened.

06 My subscription box arrived bashed. +

Photo the outer box and the contents, email us within 7 days, we replace the affected items in your next box or refund the difference.
