Image Use Policy
Teas.co.uk is an independent UK tea retailer. The product photography on this site is sourced and used as follows.
Brand product photography
Photographs of branded products (packaging, tins, sachets, biscuits) are the copyright of the respective brand owner. We use these images to identify and sell the genuine products you can buy from us, in line with standard UK retail trade practice. The legal copyright holder is named in each image's embedded metadata (IPTC Credit and CopyrightNotice fields), and shown in the image's accessibility alt text on every product page.
If you are a brand owner and would like an image replaced, removed, recropped, or credited differently, email hello@teas.co.uk and we will action within 48 hours.
Curator photography and lifestyle shots
Original photography commissioned or shot by Teas.co.uk — including curator portraits, hero shots, brewing demonstrations, and editorial illustrations — is © Teas.co.uk and may not be reused without written permission.
Written content
Curator written product descriptions, brand profiles, recipes, and editorial articles are © Teas.co.uk. Tea Wiki articles are licensed CC BY SA 4.0 and may be reused under those terms.
Trademarks
Brand names, logos, and packaging design elements remain the trademarks of their respective owners. No claim of ownership over any third party trademark is made or implied by Teas.co.uk.
Stock and third party imagery
Where a stock or third party image is used (for example on guide pages or in the Tea Wiki), the source is credited in the caption or alt text.
