01Do my points expire?
No. Points don't expire as long as your account is active (logged in or purchase in the last 18 months). Inactive accounts pause, email us and we reactivate within 24 hours.
02When does my tier change?
Tiers recalculate on the 1st of every month based on your rolling 12-month points total. You never lose a tier retroactively in the same calendar year.
03Can I use points and a promo code at the same time?
Yes. Points apply after the promo code, so you can stack a 10%-off code with a points discount. The only exception is the welcome 100-pt bonus, which is a single use offer.
04Do I earn points on subscription orders?
Yes, and Silver/Gold members earn the same per-£ multiplier on subscriptions as on one offs. Plus a +25 pt bonus when each new subscription ships its first box.
05What happens to my points if I return something?
We reverse the points earned on the returned item value, and refund any points you spent against it. Both adjustments show in your account within 48 hours of the refund.
