No passwordHow does this work without a password?
The magic link is a signed token that proves you own the email it was sent to. It expires in 30 minutes and only works once. Same security model as a password reset email. If anyone else got hold of the link, they could only see your subscription list and pause/cancel, nothing else. No payment information, no profile data, no order history changes.
Guest ordersI do not have an account. Can I still subscribe?
Yes. You can subscribe as a guest at checkout. The same email you used at checkout works here. You never need to set a password unless you want to.
PauseCan I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. Inside the panel, pause skips your upcoming deliveries and keeps your subscription and pricing. Resume whenever you like with one click, no need to set anything up again.
CancelHow do I cancel completely?
Open the panel from your magic link and click Cancel next to the subscription you want to end. That is the whole process, three clicks from any page, no phone calls and no password retrieval mazes.
ChargesWill I be charged after I cancel?
No. Cancelling stops all future payments and deliveries straight away. You keep anything already dispatched, and there is nothing further to pay.
EmailThe email has not arrived. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, request another link, the previous one simply expires. Still stuck? Email hello@teas.co.uk and a human will reply within one working day.
