Yogi original chai, and the cleanest of the chai options we carry. The surprise is the body: for a herbal bag it feels properly heavy and satisfying, which keeps it from tasting like thin spiced water, as cheap chai often does. It is firmly a spice cup, not a sweet one, so it needs a splash of milk and, if you like, a little honey to round it into the comforting masala-style drink most people picture, taken black it is quite austere and peppery.
