One useful warning the marketing buries: this "calm" evening infusion is built on a green tea base, so it contains caffeine, which is the last thing you want in a wind-down cup before bed. As a drink it is a mild, soft herbal-green, gentle and inoffensive but nothing you would notice. No tea delivers tranquillity on demand, so ignore the meditation wording. If you genuinely want a calming evening cup, a caffeine-free chamomile makes far more sense than this; judged on its own it is pleasant but mismatched to its own name.
