Exact quantities, then the method.
Tropical Sun Calm is a Caribbean-style camomile blend, rounded out with lemongrass, lemon balm and passionflower. Brewed five minutes in just-boiled water, it steeps into a naturally caffeine-free pour, soft and honeyed from the camomile with a bright citrus lift. An easy, gently floral cup for the end of the day.

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Tropical Sun Calm
- 250ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- Honey, optional, to taste
- A slice of lemon, optional
Method
- Pop the tea bag in your favourite mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the camomile and citrus come through.
- Lift out the bag without squeezing it, to keep the cup soft and floral.
- Stir in a little honey if you like, to bring out the honeyed camomile note.
- Sip warm, a gentle cup for the end of the day.
- Give it the full five minutes; camomile is slow to open, and a rushed brew tastes mostly of lemongrass with little of the honeyed floral note.
