Fennel is firmly an acquired taste, you already know whether you reach for it after a meal or avoid it entirely, and nothing in the blend will change your mind either way. The gut-health and digestive wording is traditional framing, not something I will stand behind. Caffeine-free. If you like fennel and want it cheaply, this does the job as well as the pricier version.
