You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Twinings Scotland's Ceylon Tea
- 300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- A splash of milk
- Sugar or honey, optional, to taste
Method
- Pop the tea bag in a big mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 3 to 4 minutes for a proper builder strength.
- Lift out the bag, giving it a gentle squeeze if you like a stronger cup.
- Add a splash of milk, and sugar or honey if you take it.
- Stir and enjoy a brisk, bright everyday cup.
- Ceylon brews brighter and clearer than Assam or English Breakfast; hold it to the light and the copper amber colour shows.
