A mulled-wine kind of cup without the wine or the caffeine: cinnamon and clove laid over an 86 percent rooibos base, so it stays naturally sweet and can be drunk late in the evening when an actual spiced black would keep you up. The orange is real but a supporting act, do not expect it to lead, and this is unapologetically a December drink rather than an all-year staple. On a cold night by the fire, though, it earns its place.
