This is firmly the second, whole flowers brewing to a sweet, apple-and-honey cup that tastes of spring rather than the herbal cupboard. The honest limit is that the depth tails off, it is fresh and pretty rather than profound, so brew it generously. As a light evening unwinder it is lovely, and 15 bags is enough to see if its style suits yours.
