The mint here is spearmint, not peppermint, which matters: spearmint is rounder and sweeter with none of the cold menthol slap, and that is what makes this taste authentically Moroccan rather than like a breath mint dropped in green tea. At 30 percent it leads clearly while the green base stays clean rather than bitter. There is no added sugar though, so it is the fresh, unsweetened version, sweeten it yourself if you want the full café cup. Light caffeine from the green, lovely over ice in summer.
