Mango and Lychee Green Tea Spritz (Mocktail)
Chilled Twinings Mango and Lychee Green Tea topped with soda and lime, garnished with fresh mango. A fruity, alcohol free cooler.

Fizzy water and a sweet fruit tea make natural partners. Brew Twinings Mango and Lychee Green Tea, chill it well, then lengthen it with soda and a good squeeze of lime; the bubbles carry the mango and lychee right to the top of the glass. No alcohol, just a long, fruity cooler for a warm afternoon.

You'll need
- 3 tea bags of Twinings Mango and Lychee Green Tea
- 300ml freshly boiled water, cooled for about a minute (around 80C)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 200ml chilled soda water or lemonade
- 1 lime, half juiced and half sliced
- A few pieces of mango, to garnish
- Plenty of ice
Method
- Let the boiled water stand for about a minute, then steep the 3 bags for 3 minutes and lift them out without squeezing.
- Stir in the honey while warm if using, then leave to cool and chill.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice and pour the chilled tea over, leaving room at the top.
- Add the lime juice, top each with chilled soda water, and stir gently.
- Finish with lime slices and mango pieces, and serve straight away.
- Prefer it sweeter? Use lemonade in place of the soda; it softens the lime and suits anyone who finds the plain version a little dry.
