Exact quantities, then the method.
Brew Yogi Tea Organic Choco strong, chill it, then pour over ice with milk and you have an iced chocolate milk tea, near enough an iced mocha but with no Coffee. The Cocoa and warm spice come through cool and refreshing, a good alternative to a sugary iced chocolate.

You'll need
- 3 tea bags of Yogi Tea Organic Choco
- 300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey, to taste
- 200ml milk of your choice
- Plenty of ice
Method
- Steep the 3 tea bags in the boiled water for 6 minutes to make a strong brew, then lift them out.
- Stir in the honey while warm so it dissolves evenly.
- Leave to cool, then chill the choco brew well.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice and divide the chilled brew between them.
- Top each with milk, stir gently and serve straight away.
- For a proper iced mocha, use sugar syrup not honey; it dissolves in cold liquid and adds no flavour over the cocoa.
