A Cup of Soursop and Moringa
Earthy moringa softened by tropical soursop, a gentle, caffeine free cup brewed cool and smooth.

This pairs earthy moringa with soursop, a tropical fruit with a soft, creamy, slightly citrus flavour. The fruit rounds off moringa's green, vegetal edge, so it makes a gentler, more approachable cup than moringa on its own.

Like all moringa, brew it just off the boil rather than fully boiling, which keeps it smooth rather than bitter. Four minutes is enough, and it is caffeine free, so it is fine at any hour.
You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Dalgety Soursop and Moringa
- 200ml water heated to 80C
- 1 220ml mug, warmed
Method
- Warm your mug with a splash of hot water and tip it out.
- Boil the kettle and let it cool for a minute to about 80C.
- Drop in the bag, pour over 200ml of the cooled water, and cover.
- Steep for four minutes.
- Lift out the bag and drink it as it is; the soursop means it needs no sweetening.
- Tip: if you find plain moringa too earthy, this blend is the easier way in.
