You'll need

  • 1 tea bag of Tetley Super Green Mango and Pineapple
  • 200ml just off boil water cooled to about 80C (boil the kettle, then let it stand for roughly 90 seconds)
  • Optional: a little honey

Method

  1. Boil the kettle and let it rest about 90 seconds, until it falls to roughly 80C.
  2. Add a bag to your mug and pour over 200ml of the cooled water.
  3. Steep two to three minutes, then lift the bag out without pressing it.
  4. The fruit brings its own sweetness, so it is ready to drink, with a little honey only if you want more.
What you'll end up with: A soft, sweet, tropical green cup, mango and pineapple over a clean base with no bitter edge.
