The plain, floral counterpart to the berry Night Time: chamomile leads, oat tops give it a surprisingly heavy, almost porridge-soft body most herbals lack, and only a touch of valerian, so it skips the earthy edge that divides people in the berry version. The thing to flag is the lavender at 14 percent, that is assertive, properly perfumed, and if floral notes read as soapy to you this will too. I would not promise it does anything to your sleep, but as a warm, soft, organic last cup it is one of the better-built bedtime blends.
