Exact quantities, then the method.
Tropical Sun Wellbeing is a green, herby West Indian-style blend, moringa and soursop leaf brightened with lemongrass and a little ginger. Being caffeine-free, it takes a full five-minute steep in just-boiled water, which draws out its fresh, slightly savoury, leafy character. Good at any time of day, with or without a touch of honey.

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Tropical Sun Wellbeing
- 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- A little honey or a slice of lemon, to taste (optional)
Method
- Pop the bag into your favourite cup or mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water.
- Steep for 5 minutes to draw out the moringa, lemongrass and ginger.
- Lift out the bag, add a little honey or a slice of lemon if you like, and enjoy. No milk needed.
- Moringa has a faintly earthy, green note; try the first cup without lemon to understand the full range before adding any brightener.
