⏱ 6 min 🍽 Makes 1 mug 📊 Easy 📚 Ginger Tea Recipes

You'll need

  • 1 tea bag of Tropical Sun Lemon and Ginger
  • 300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
  • Honey, optional, to taste
  • A slice of lemon, optional

Method

  1. Pop the tea bag in a big mug.
  2. Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the ginger comes through.
  3. Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
  4. Stir in a little honey and add a slice of lemon to lift the citrus.
  5. Sip warm and enjoy the bright, gingery cup.
  6. Stir the honey in while the tea is hot; it dissolves into the ginger instead of pooling at the bottom.
What you'll end up with: A zingy, caffeine free cup, gingery and sharp with lemon.
