Exact quantities, then the method.
Tropical Sun Noni and Ginger is an unusual South Pacific-style cup, and worth getting to know. The earthy, tropical noni fruit is brought into line by a warming layer of ginger, with honey and a squeeze of lime to round off its strong character. Caffeine-free, and quite unlike any other herbal.

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Tropical Sun Noni and Ginger
- 300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- Honey, to taste
- A wedge of lime, optional
Method
- Pop the tea bag in a big mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the ginger comes through and tames the noni.
- Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
- Stir in a little honey and squeeze in some lime; both balance the earthy noni.
- Sip warm.
- Noni divides people; most need 2 or 3 cups before the earthy tropical note reads as pleasant, so try again.
