The classic way to brew Tropical Sun Turmeric and Ginger: a glowing golden cup with an earthy turmeric base and a real ginger bite. It is caffeine-free and gently peppery, and a spoon of honey with a squeeze of lemon rounds it off nicely.

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Tropical Sun Turmeric and Ginger
- 300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- Honey, optional, to taste
- A slice of lemon, optional
- A tiny pinch of black pepper, optional
Method
- Pop the tea bag in a big mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the turmeric and ginger come through.
- Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
- Stir in a little honey, a squeeze of lemon and, if you like, a tiny pinch of black pepper to lift the turmeric.
- Sip warm and enjoy the golden cup.
- A small splash of milk or a spoon of coconut cream turns this into a quick golden latte; the fat carries the turmeric and softens the pepper.
