⏱ 6 min 🍽 Makes 1 mug 📊 Easy 📚 Ginger Tea Recipes

You'll need

  • 1 tea bag of Tropical Sun Cold and Flu
  • 300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
  • Honey, optional, to taste
  • A slice of lemon, optional

Method

  1. Pop the tea bag in a big mug.
  2. Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the ginger and eucalyptus come through.
  3. Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
  4. Stir in a little honey and add a slice of lemon if you like a brighter, sweeter cup.
  5. Sip warm and enjoy the ginger bite.
  6. Give it the full five minutes; the eucalyptus is slow to come through, and a short brew leaves the cup all ginger and no aromatics.
What you'll end up with: A warming, caffeine free winter cup with a ginger bite, bright lemon and a cooling eucalyptus note.
