This is the simple way to brew Tropical Sun Cold and Flu, a Caribbean-style winter cup of ginger root, lemon peel and eucalyptus. It is caffeine-free, with a real ginger bite, a bright citrus top and an unusual cooling, aromatic note from the eucalyptus underneath.

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Tropical Sun Cold and Flu
- 300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- Honey, optional, to taste
- A slice of lemon, optional
Method
- Pop the tea bag in a big mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the ginger and eucalyptus come through.
- Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
- Stir in a little honey and add a slice of lemon if you like a brighter, sweeter cup.
- Sip warm and enjoy the ginger bite.
- Give it the full five minutes; the eucalyptus is slow to come through, and a short brew leaves the cup all ginger and no aromatics.
