The Everyday Soursop and Moringa Cup
The simplest way with this blend: one bag, boiling water, six minutes. A clean, caffeine free cup of soursop and moringa, no additions needed.

There is a lot to be said for drinking this blend exactly as it comes, with nothing added. One bag, properly hot water and six minutes is all it takes to get the best of it: the creamy, tropical soursop and the green, leafy moringa sitting together in a clean, caffeine free cup.

Honey is there if you want it, but it really does not need it. Makes one mug.
You'll need
- 1 Dalgety Soursop and Moringa tea bag
- 250ml freshly drawn water, brought to a true rolling boil
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of clear runny honey for the sweet build
- 1 warmed 250ml cup
Method
- Warm the mug with hot water and pour it away.
- Bring the kettle to a full boil and pour 250ml straight over the bag; this is a herbal blend, so boiling water is right.
- Cover with a saucer and steep for six minutes.
- Lift the bag out without pressing it, as pressing pushes out tannin and dries the finish.
- Stir in a little honey if you like, though the blend is naturally smooth enough to drink as it is.
