Exact quantities, then the method.
These are simple, refreshing ice pops made mostly from the rosehip and raspberry tea itself, with a little apple juice and honey for sweetness and whole raspberries frozen inside. Brew the tea strong so the flavour holds up once frozen, sweeten it lightly, then pour into moulds with the berries and freeze.

They are a good way to use a fruit tea in summer, and an easy one to make with children. Makes six.
You'll need
- 2 tea bags of Dragonfly Organic Sweet Rosehip and Raspberry
- 300ml freshly drawn water at 100C, just off the boil
- 100ml fresh pressed apple juice
- 1 teaspoon of clear honey
- 18 fresh raspberries (3 per mould)
- 6 75ml lolly moulds with sticks
- 1 small saucepan and a saucer for covering
Method
- Steep two tea bags in 300ml of freshly boiled water for seven minutes, then lift them out.
- Stir in the honey while the tea is hot, then cool it down in a bowl of cold water.
- Stir in the apple juice.
- Drop three raspberries into each lolly mould.
- Pour the cooled liquid in, leaving a little headspace, push in the sticks and freeze for at least four hours.
- Brew the tea strong, as freezing dulls flavour; a weak brew makes a bland pop.
