You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Yogi Tea Organic Licorice
- 250ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- A slice of lemon, optional
Method
- Pop the tea bag in your favourite mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the liquorice and spices come through.
- Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
- There is no need for sugar, as the liquorice is naturally sweet, but a slice of lemon lifts it nicely.
- Sip warm and enjoy a naturally sweet, warming cup.
- Most people prefer this unsweetened; the liquorice gives natural sweetness that honey tends to overpower.
