Where the valerian Sleep blend goes citrus-floral, this one goes the opposite way: warm spiced apple, cinnamon, clove and vanilla, drinking like a mug of apple pie, with the passionflower and camomile just a quiet base under all that. So pick between the two on flavour, not the shared "Sleep" promise, which I would not bank on either way. As a cosy, dessert-ish, caffeine-free nightcap it is genuinely comforting on a cold evening; sweet without sugar, and the better choice of the pair if florals put you off.
