- 250ml water straight off the boil
- A splash of milk
- Pour 250ml of water straight off the boil over one bag of Clipper Organic Everyday, 160 Tea Bags 464g.
- Steep for 3 minutes, covered if you can.
- Lift the bag out and press it gently against the side of the mug. Do not squeeze it hard, or the cup turns cloudy and sharp.
- Add the milk last, after the bag is out.

- 800ml water straight off the boil
- A teapot
- Warm the pot with a swirl of boiling water and tip it out.
- Pour 800ml of freshly boiled water over 4 bags and steep for 3 to 4 minutes.

- A full glass of ice
- Lemon
- Brew 4 bags in 500ml of just-boiled water for 4 minutes. This is deliberately double strength.
- Cool to room temperature, then chill.
- Pour over a full glass of ice with a slice of lemon.
- Sweeten while the tea is still warm if you want it sweet; sugar will not dissolve in a cold glass.
What you'll end up with: Iced tea that still tastes of tea after the ice has melted, which a normal-strength brew never manages.
Overnight Cold Brew

- 1 litre cold water
- A sealed jug or bottle
- Drop 6 bags into 1 litre of cold water in a sealed jug.
- Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.

- 300g mixed dried fruit

- Soak overnight, covered, at room temperature.
