Exact quantities, then the method.
Peppermint is the classic after-dinner cup, clean and cooling, and just the thing to round off a meal. This blend pairs it with honeybush, a South African herb a bit like Rooibos, which adds a round, natural sweetness underneath the mint. Between the two there is no need for honey or lemon, and being caffeine-free it is an easy one to drink last thing at night. Give it a good six minutes to let the honeybush come through.

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Dragonfly Organic Sleepy Mint and Honeybush
- 250ml freshly drawn water at 100C, just off the boil
- 1 250ml mug, warmed
- 1 saucer for covering during steep
Method
- Warm your mug with a splash of hot water and pour it away.
- Add 250ml of water straight off the boil.
- Drop in the tea bag, cover with a saucer, and steep for six minutes.
- Lift the bag out and drink it as it is; the honeybush makes it sweet enough without anything added.
- Tip: drop in a few fresh mint leaves for the last minute to lift the peppermint even further.
