How to Brew Mint and Honeybush Tea
teas.co.uk · 7 min · Serves 1
You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Dragonfly Organic Sleepy Mint and Honeybush
- 250ml freshly drawn water at 100C, just off the boil
- 1 250ml mug, warmed
- 1 saucer for covering during steep
Method
- Warm your mug with a splash of hot water and pour it away.
- Add 250ml of water straight off the boil.
- Drop in the tea bag, cover with a saucer, and steep for six minutes.
- Lift the bag out and drink it as it is; the honeybush makes it sweet enough without anything added.
- Tip: drop in a few fresh mint leaves for the last minute to lift the peppermint even further.
