⏱ 10 min plus chilling 🍽 Serves 4 📊 Easy 📚 Iced Tea Recipes

You'll need

  • 4 tea bags of Twinings Quiet Mind
  • 800ml freshly boiled water (100C)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 lemon, half juiced and half sliced
  • A few sprigs of fresh mint
  • Plenty of ice

Method

  1. Brew strong: steep the 4 bags in the boiled water for 6 minutes, then lift them out.
  2. Stir in the honey while warm if using, then leave to cool and chill.
  3. Pour the chilled tea into a large jug and add the lemon juice.
  4. Add the lemon slices and mint, top with plenty of ice, and serve in tall glasses.
  5. Use a light hand with the lavender, as too much can taste soapy when chilled.
What you'll end up with: A long, floral glass of camomile and lavender with bright lemon, pretty to look at.
