Cold Brewed Twinings Lemon Green Tea (Overnight)
Twinings Lemon Green Tea steeped cold overnight, for a bright, citrussy iced tea with no bitterness. Classic lemon iced tea, made easy.

Lemon iced tea more or less makes itself when you cold brew it. Drop the bags of Twinings Lemon Green Tea into cold water, leave it in the fridge overnight, and you wake up to a bright, citrussy jug that never turned bitter the way a hot, over stewed brew can. Pour it over ice and you are done.

You'll need
- 4 tea bags of Twinings Lemon Green Tea
- 1 litre cold water
- A little honey, to taste (optional)
- Ice and lemon, to serve
Method
- Put the 4 bags into a large jug and pour over the cold water.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours, or overnight.
- Lift out the bags (no need to squeeze), and stir in a little honey if you want it sweeter.
- Serve over ice with a slice of lemon.
- A strip of lemon peel rather than juice added at the end gives more aroma and less acidity; try it in place of the lemon slice.
