Dolce Gusto was built to solve the hardest part of making a milk drink at home, which is the milk. Texturing milk with a steam wand takes months to learn and seconds to ruin. Sealing prepared milk into a pod and letting machine pressure do the foaming removes the skill entirely, and that is the whole proposition of the system.
The skinny and unsweetened pod is the range acknowledging a real customer. A pod machine tends to be bought by a household that wants convenience, and pre-sweetened milk pods are the usual result. But plenty of people drink cappuccino every day and do not want sugar in it, and until you can buy an unsweetened milk pod, a pod machine simply cannot make them what they want. - Fill a glass to the top with ice.

- 1 skimmed milk pod
- 1 espresso pod
- Ground cinnamon and a little cocoa
- Dust a pinch of cinnamon into the warmed empty cup.
