I will not pretend a tea sends you to sleep, but as an evening cup this is the safe, non-divisive option: a honeyed chamomile base with a lemongrass citrus lift and just a soft whisper of peppermint, and crucially no valerian or heavy lavender, so it skips the earthy or soapy notes that put people off the Pukka and Twinings sleep blends.
