Lemon and black tea is a genuine classic, the continental "tea with lemon", and Hyson do it properly: bright tangy citrus over a robust Ceylon base rather than a thin flavoured bag. Unlike the strawberry one, do not add milk here, the acidity will curdle it; this is built to be taken clear, with sugar or honey if you like. It is the sharpest and most refreshing of the Hyson fruit blacks, brilliant iced and a clean lift hot. The simplest of the range and arguably the most useful.
