Exact quantities, then the method.
Yogi Tea Organic Stomach Ease is a multi-herb Ayurvedic-style blend of peppermint, ginger and fennel with cinnamon, cardamom and liquorice. Brewed five minutes, the brew opens cool and minty, warms through with ginger, and finishes with a sweet, aniseed fennel note. Naturally sweet from the liquorice.

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Yogi Tea Organic Stomach Ease
- 250ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- Honey, optional, to taste
- A slice of lemon, optional
Method
- Pop the tea bag in your favourite mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the mint, ginger and fennel come through.
- Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
- Taste, and add a little honey or a slice of lemon if you like, though the liquorice gives a natural sweetness.
- Sip warm and enjoy a fresh, gently spiced cup.
- Steep the full five minutes; mint shows first, but the fennel and liquorice need the extra time to come through.
