The recipe

Exact quantities, then the method.

Twinings Menopause Cool Moments is a caffeine-free herbal led by peppermint, with sage and lemon balm in the background and a soft fennel finish. The sage is what sets it apart from a plain mint tea. Being herbal, give it a full five minute steep in just-boiled water.

You'll need

  • 1 tea bag of Twinings Menopause Cool Moments
  • 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
  • A little honey, to taste (optional)

Method

  1. Pop the bag into your favourite cup or mug.

  3. Steep for a full 5 minutes to draw out the peppermint, sage and lemon balm.
  4. Lift out the bag, add a little honey if you like, and enjoy. No milk needed.

What you'll end up with: A fresh, cooling peppermint cup with a savoury sage note, lemon balm and a fennel finish, caffeine-free.
