You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Twinings Menopause Cool Moments
- 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- A little honey, to taste (optional)
Method
- Pop the bag into your favourite cup or mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water.
- Steep for a full 5 minutes to draw out the peppermint, sage and lemon balm.
- Lift out the bag, add a little honey if you like, and enjoy. No milk needed.
- Sage and lemon balm are slow to release, so give it time.
