Rose lemonade is a classic, and this is the tea version: chilled Twinings Peace brings camomile and a delicate rose note, and a squeeze of lemon stops the rose tipping into perfume. It is caffeine-free and looks lovely in the glass, pale and pretty with a few petals.

Makes a jug for four. Brew it strong, chill it down, then pour long over ice with lemon and mint.
You'll need
- 4 tea bags of Twinings Peace
- 800ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 lemon, half juiced and half sliced
- A few sprigs of fresh mint
- Plenty of ice
Method
- Brew strong: steep the 4 bags in the boiled water for 6 minutes, then lift them out.
- Stir in the honey while warm if using, then leave to cool and chill.
- Pour the chilled tea into a large jug and add the lemon juice.
- Add the lemon slices and mint, top with plenty of ice, and serve in tall glasses.
- A few edible rose petals on top make a pretty finish for guests.
