Iced Berry Green Tea

An iced green tea with muddled fresh blueberries and blackberries and a touch of honey, light and berry forward.

Iced Berry Green Tea

Muddling a handful of fresh blueberries and blackberries straight into the glass is what makes this one special; the juice stains the tea a deep purple and doubles up on the berries already in the bag. Green Tea keeps it light underneath, so it never tips into squash territory. Brew it cool, around 80C, sweeten it just a touch with honey, and you have a drink that looks as good as it tastes.

  • 1 teaspoon runny honey
  • A handful of crushed ice

  4. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  5. Pour the cold tea over and give it a gentle stir.
  6. Tip: crush a few more berries against the glass as you drink, so it gets fruitier toward the bottom.
