Brewed five minutes in just boiled water, it yields a naturally caffeine free brew, bright lemongrass on top, a soft floral elderflower middle and a gentle ginger warmth to finish. A clean, lively cup with or without honey.

You'll need

  • 1 tea bag of Yogi Tea Organic Immune Support
  • 250ml freshly boiled water (100C)
  • Honey, optional, to taste
  • A slice of lemon, optional

Method

  1. Pop the tea bag in your favourite mug.
  2. Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the spices and citrus come through.
  3. Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
  4. Stir in a little honey and add a slice of lemon if you like, to lift the citrus.
  5. Sip warm and enjoy a clean, bright, gently spiced cup.
  6. The elderflower is subtle but real; steep the full 5 minutes to catch the honeyed floral note above the lemongrass.
What you'll end up with: A caffeine free cup, bright with lemongrass, soft with elderflower and warmed by ginger.
