You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Yogi Tea Organic Immune Support
- 250ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- Honey, optional, to taste
- A slice of lemon, optional
Method
- Pop the tea bag in your favourite mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the spices and citrus come through.
- Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
- Stir in a little honey and add a slice of lemon if you like, to lift the citrus.
- Sip warm and enjoy a clean, bright, gently spiced cup.
- The elderflower is subtle but real; steep the full 5 minutes to catch the honeyed floral note above the lemongrass.
