Exact quantities, then the method.
Yogi Tea Organic Choco is a Cocoa-spiced Ayurvedic-style blend, cocoa shells and cinnamon with cardamom, ginger and clove. Brewed five minutes, it gives a caffeine-free, deep brown cup with a real cocoa note and a warming, chai-like spice. A splash of milk makes it comforting and a little chocolatey.

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Yogi Tea Organic Choco
- 250ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- A splash of milk
- Honey, optional, to taste
Method
- Pop the tea bag in your favourite mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the cocoa and spices come through.
- Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
- Add a splash of milk to bring out the cocoa note, and a little honey if you like it sweeter.
- Stir and enjoy a comforting, chocolatey, gently spiced cup.
- Add the milk first, then pour the tea over it; cooling the brew slightly lets the cocoa note bloom smoother and richer.
