Brewing Twinings Balance (Hibiscus, Rose and Peppermint)
How to brew Twinings Balance: just boiled water and a good steep for a tart hibiscus cup with rose and cool mint.

Twinings Balance is a caffeine free herbal led by hibiscus, which brings a bright, almost cranberry like tartness. A delicate rose sits behind it and a cool peppermint finishes the cup. Give it a five minute steep in just boiled water to draw out the colour and the rose.

Makes one cup. No milk needed; add honey after tasting, as hibiscus is sharp.
You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Twinings Balance
- 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- A little honey, to taste (optional)
Method
- Pop the bag into your favourite cup or mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water.
- Steep for 5 minutes to draw out the hibiscus, rose and peppermint.
- Lift out the bag, add a little honey if you like, and enjoy. No milk needed.
- Hibiscus is naturally tart, so taste before sweetening; it softens as the cup cools.
