This is really an aniseed cup wearing a mint hat: cooling peppermint up front, then fennel and liquorice root pile on a double layer of sweet anise behind it. If you like that liquorice-fennel register it is genuinely soothing and naturally sweet after a heavy meal; if you do not, the mint will not save it for you, so know your own palate first. The "Happy Tummy" name is a wellness promise I would not lean on, take it as a pleasant caffeine-free after-dinner cup and nothing more.
