Where the Digestive blend goes for biscuit-tin comfort, this one chases the bright half of a cake: sharp lemon icing up top, a warm buttery-sponge note underneath, carried on a malty black base so it does not just taste of sour citrus. It stays the right side of sweet because it is still 91 percent real tea, not a flavoured sugar drink.
