A Fresh Cup of Berry Bliss
A soft, fruity cup of Berry Bliss tea brewed for three minutes, with a few fresh raspberries dropped in for colour and real berry sweetness.

Berry Bliss is a soft, fruity infusion that brews in three minutes flat with boiling water. To make a little more of it, drop a few fresh raspberries into the finished cup: they add colour, a hint of real berry sweetness and a nice touch when you reach the bottom.

Keep the steep short so the berry flavour stays clean rather than tannic. Makes one mug.
You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Lipton Berry Bliss
- 250ml freshly drawn water at 100C, just off the boil
- 3 fresh raspberries
- 1 250ml mug, warmed
- 1 saucer for covering during steep
Method
- Warm a mug and pour in 250ml of freshly boiled water.
- Add the tea bag, cover with a saucer and steep for three minutes.
- Lift the bag out without squeezing it.
- Drop in a few fresh raspberries and serve.
- Keep to three minutes; a longer steep dulls the berry flavour and adds a tannic edge.
