The recipe

Exact quantities, then the method.

Twinings Immune Support is a caffeine-free herbal led by orange peel, with a delicate elderflower in the middle and ginger and rosehip warming the finish. The orange and elderflower give it a bright, almost floral lift. Give it a five minute steep in just-boiled water.

You'll need

  • 1 tea bag of Twinings Immune Support
  • 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
  • A little honey or a slice of orange, to taste (optional)

Method

  1. Pop the bag into your favourite cup or mug.
  2. Pour over the freshly boiled water.
  3. Steep for 5 minutes to draw out the orange peel, elderflower and ginger.
  4. Lift out the bag, then add a slice of orange or a little honey if you like. No milk needed.
  5. Stir the honey in while it is hot, then squeeze in a few drops of orange juice just before drinking.
What you'll end up with: A citrussy cup of orange and elderflower with a gentle ginger warmth, caffeine-free.
