This is a homemade golden milk: a strong brew of Tropical Sun Turmeric and Ginger topped with warm frothed milk, honey and a pinch of cinnamon. The milk softens the earthy turmeric and the ginger heat into something cosy and comforting, glowing gold in the mug.

You'll need
- 2 tea bags of Tropical Sun Turmeric and Ginger
- 150ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- 200ml milk of your choice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey, to taste
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- A tiny pinch of black pepper, optional
Method
- Steep the 2 tea bags in the boiled water for 6 minutes to make a strong, golden brew, then lift them out.
- Warm the milk in a small pan or the microwave, then froth it with a whisk or frother until foamy.
- Stir the honey, cinnamon and optional pinch of black pepper into the hot golden brew.
- Pour the spiced brew into a large mug, then top with the warm frothed milk.
- Dust with a little extra cinnamon and serve straight away.
- Dust the cinnamon through a fine strainer, not straight from the jar, for an even layer that does not clump.
